Scope (Article 2):


These general conditions apply to all online offers and agreements made between the shop and the consumer. They are accessible via the website and may be sent via email upon request. Any conflict with third-party conditions is void unless agreed otherwise in writing.

 


 

The Offer (Article 3):


All offers include a clear and accurate description. If an offer has limitations or special conditions, these will be stated explicitly. Images are representative but may not perfectly reflect product colors. All prices, taxes, delivery terms, and withdrawal rights are clearly listed.

 


 

The Contract (Article 4):


A contract is concluded once an offer is accepted and confirmed electronically. The shop ensures secure data processing. The shop may investigate the customer’s ability to meet obligations and refuse an order if necessary. After confirmation, the customer will receive warranty, contact info, return conditions, and other relevant details.

 


 

Right of Withdrawal (Article 5):


Customers may return products within 14 days of receipt. Products must be unused, sealed, and in original condition unless unpacking was necessary for inspection. Refunds are processed within 14 days of return confirmation using the original payment method. Some items (custom, perishable, or opened) are non-returnable.

 


 

Price (Article 6):


Prices are fixed during the offer period unless VAT or regulatory changes occur. Price increases after contract conclusion allow the customer to cancel the agreement.

 


 

Compliance and Warranty (Article 7):


Products are guaranteed to match their description and function properly. Any additional warranty does not limit legal consumer rights.

 


 

Delivery and Execution (Article 8):


Orders are processed carefully and delivered to the address provided. If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days, the customer may cancel the order. Refunds are processed within 14 days of cancellation.

 


 

Security and Compliance (Article 9):


Products are expected to meet safety, durability, and functionality standards. Faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days. The warranty is void if products are mishandled or modified.

 


 

Performance and Delivery (Article 10):


The shop delivers within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Substitutes may be offered if original items are unavailable. Damaged or lost goods must be reported. Risk transfers to the customer upon receipt.

 


 

Payment (Article 11):


Orders are fulfilled after payment. Discrepancies in payment information must be corrected immediately. The shop may suspend service for unpaid amounts and charge fees where legally permitted.

 


 

Complaint Procedure (Article 12):


Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of receipt. The shop responds within 7 days, or will confirm receipt and provide an estimated resolution time.

 


 

Intellectual Property (Article 13):


All intellectual property belongs to the shop. Nothing may be reproduced or reused without written permission.

 


 

Liability (Article 14):


The shop is only liable for actual damages proven to be caused by its error. Liability is limited to the invoice amount or insured amount.

 


 

Invalidity, Disputes, and Applicable Law (Article 15):


If any clause is invalid, others remain in force. All agreements are governed by Hong Kong law. Disputes will be resolved in Hong Kong courts.
